Legal documentation
How Novdeh collects, uses, shares, and protects account, organization, billing, support, and public-platform information.
This Privacy Policy explains how Novdeh handles personal information when people browse public pages, create accounts, join organizations, publish content, attend events, communicate through the platform, or use paid features.
These public web pages are the canonical policy source for Novdeh. They are designed to be stable references for the web product, support communications, and future mobile app links.

Canonical use
This public page is the canonical web version of the policy for Novdeh products and external links.
This policy applies to information processed through Novdeh's public website, authenticated workspaces, organization administration tools, support workflows, and related operational systems.
Depending on how an organization uses Novdeh, the organization may also act as a controller or administrator for information it manages inside its own workspace. Novdeh acts as the platform operator for the shared service.
We collect account, workspace, content, payment, support, and security data.
We collect information you provide directly, such as account details, profile information, organization and membership records, published content, event details, messages, notifications preferences, support requests, and bug reports.
We also collect operational data generated through use of the platform, including sign-in events, organization membership changes, moderation actions, billing state, audit and security logs, and technical diagnostics needed to keep the service running.
Novdeh uses information to provide the service, authenticate users, connect people to the correct organizations, publish public pages, support moderation and safety workflows, operate billing and subscriptions, respond to support requests, and improve platform reliability.
We may also use information to investigate abuse, enforce platform rules, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, maintain audit trails, and communicate essential product or account notices.
Some Novdeh pages are intentionally public. Organization profiles, public news, public articles, and event listings may be visible to anyone with the link or through public discovery surfaces.
Account names, organization names, publication metadata, and event details may therefore appear in public contexts when users or organizations choose to publish them. Workspace-only content remains subject to the visibility settings and access controls configured for that surface.
Novdeh uses organization membership data to determine workspace access, role-based capabilities, and which messages, invitations, and notifications a user should receive.
When messaging, notifications, or email-outbox features are used, Novdeh processes the content and related delivery metadata needed to transmit, log, and troubleshoot those communications.
Paid features and subscriptions may involve third-party payment processors and billing providers. Novdeh stores the subscription, customer, invoice, and plan metadata needed to manage billing, but payment card details are typically handled by the payment processor rather than stored directly in the Novdeh application.
Billing records are used to provision paid access, maintain entitlement history, support refunds or disputes where applicable, and satisfy accounting or legal obligations.
Novdeh processes moderation reports, enforcement records, support tickets, bug reports, and related logs to keep the platform safe, respond to product issues, and document operational decisions.
Security and audit logs may include account identifiers, timestamps, organization context, network or device metadata, and actions taken inside the platform. We use that information to detect abuse, investigate incidents, and preserve platform integrity.
Novdeh may share information with service providers that help operate the platform, such as hosting, analytics, communications, authentication, support, or payment vendors, but only as needed to deliver the service.
We may also disclose information to organizations that administer their own members and workspace activity, or when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, safety, or enforcement of our terms.
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain public records or workspace history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform.
Retention periods can vary by data type. For example, public content, billing records, moderation records, and security logs may need to be kept longer than transient support or diagnostic data.
Users can typically review or update profile information, manage organization memberships through the applicable administrator, and adjust some notification or workspace preferences directly in the product.
Requests relating to access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions should be directed through Novdeh's official support channels or the relevant organization administrator when that organization controls the workspace data in question.
