Canonical use
This public page is the canonical web version of the policy for Novdeh products and external links.
You must provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and use Novdeh only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.
You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity results from Novdeh's own failure to provide reasonable account security controls.
You may not use Novdeh to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, harvest data without authorization, or distribute harmful, misleading, or abusive material.
You also may not use the platform to impersonate others, disrupt organization workspaces, abuse messaging or notification systems, or test payment and subscription flows in a fraudulent or deceptive manner.
Organizations and their administrators are responsible for managing their members, configuring access appropriately, reviewing content before publication when needed, and handling workspace operations in line with applicable law and their own obligations.
If you administer an organization on Novdeh, you are also responsible for the accuracy of organization information, event listings, public statements, billing selections, and the permissions granted to your team.
You retain responsibility for the content you or your organization submit, publish, upload, or send through Novdeh. You must have the rights needed to use that content and to authorize Novdeh to host, process, and display it as required to operate the service.
When content is marked public, you acknowledge that it may be visible through public pages, shared links, search indexing where applicable, and future Novdeh product surfaces that rely on the same canonical public content.
Novdeh may investigate suspected violations, remove or limit content, restrict features, suspend organizations or accounts, or take other enforcement action when needed to protect users, organizations, or the platform.
Moderation decisions may rely on reports, administrator requests, trust and safety review, billing risk signals, security analysis, or legal compliance requirements. We are not obligated to host or continue hosting content that creates platform risk.
Some Novdeh features may require a paid plan, subscription, or payment-provider account. Pricing, billing intervals, entitlements, and renewal terms will be described in the applicable checkout, billing, or organization settings flow.
Paid access may be suspended or changed if payment fails, a subscription expires, an account is terminated, or a payment provider places restrictions on the related billing account.
Novdeh may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to operate the service reliably, but availability may be affected by maintenance, security events, third-party outages, or product changes.
We may revise these terms or related policies from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the public legal pages and become the current canonical terms as of the posted effective date.
You may stop using Novdeh at any time. Novdeh may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, security risk, non-payment, legal necessity, abuse of platform resources, or other conduct that threatens the service or its users.
After termination, some information may remain in backups, logs, billing records, moderation records, or other systems as required for legitimate business, legal, or security purposes.
Novdeh is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novdeh disclaims warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novdeh will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
Questions about these terms, subscription issues, or legal notices should be directed through Novdeh's official support, billing, or legal contact channels as made available by the Novdeh team.
The public legal center is the canonical location for the current versions of Novdeh's terms, privacy policy, and cookie notice.
